For families with infants and young children especially, we look for nannies who understand developmental needs, routines, milestones, and age-appropriate care—and who are comfortable making everyday decisions when parents are focused on demanding workdays.

  • When your workday involves patients, procedures, appointments, or long shifts, a last-minute childcare cancellation isn't always something you can easily work around. Reliability is one of our biggest priorities. Throughout our intake and reference process, we look closely at a candidate's employment history, communication, professionalism, and past families' experiences to identify nannies who take their commitment to a family seriously.

  • Clear, proactive communication is essential when your schedule doesn't always allow for constant check-ins. We look for nannies who communicate openly, provide helpful updates, ask questions when needed, and are comfortable discussing schedules, concerns, and changes before they become problems.
