How much does using your agency cost?
At TNNA, we take pride in matching families with exceptional caregivers. Our placement fee ranges from 10% to 15% of the provider’s projected annual income (with a minimum of $2,500), plus a $300 nonrefundable deposit that will be applied toward your total. The exact fee depends on the length of your guaranteed replacement period, so each placement is tailored to your family’s needs. Because every family is unique, we recommend reaching out for a custom quote that reflects your specific situation.

We at TNNA believe that our nannies are exceptional professionals and should be compensated as such. All rates are based on each individual provider's experience, location and education. Here at TNNA, we implement a minimum hourly rate of $23/hour, though most of our nannies typically earn between $25-30+/hour based on their qualifications and the position requirements.

What happens after I complete the family form?
Once we have received and reviewed your completed family intake form, we will send you a follow-up email with a scheduling link to arrange our family intake call. During this call, we will delve deeper into your family’s needs, discuss what you are looking for in a nanny, review our agency’s policies and fees, and outline the next steps.

Why should a Family partner with you?
Families serious about finding exceptional child care should partner with us because we understand how time-consuming and stressful it can be to find the perfect match for their needs. We make it our priority to ensure that this process is as easy and streamlined as possible for families.

Why should a Nanny partner with you?
TNNA is a step above other agencies because we are owned and operated by nannies. We believe that it’s important to advocate for our nannies. We ensure that all our providers are paid a competitive wage with benefit packages that meet industry standards.

Do you handle payroll?
We currently do not offer payroll services through our agency, as we are strictly a nanny placement service. However, we do partner with a payroll company. Please see the bottom of our Parents page for more information.

What happens if the nanny we pick doesn't work out?
At TNNA, we want every placement to be a great fit. That’s why we offer three placement guarantee options: 30 days, 60 days, or 90 days. If, within your chosen guarantee period, things don’t work out with your nanny, we will provide a replacement nanny at no additional cost. This ensures your family is fully supported while finding the right match.

How do you ensure transparency when matching families with nannies?
At TNNA, we believe in complete transparency to help you make the best decision for your family. Once you and your nanny have officially matched, all of the nanny's important documents will be accessible through their profile in your dashboard. This includes their CPR & First Aid certification, reference check reports, background check, and a copy of our intake notes from the initial interview with the nanny. We want you to feel confident and informed every step of the way!
